Are there discounts and special offers for customers on gustobee?
Yes. Gustobee.com strongly believes in encouraging reading and making it affordable. But discounts are not uniformly offered and offered on all products. Discounts differ from product to product and special offers depend on season to season. Whilst offering value in terms of wide selection, hassle free shopping and information that is appreciated by the book lovers is our prime objective, we couple our objective well with discounts frequently.

Do you collect Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do have this option. However, COD (Cash on Delivery) option is only for select pincodes currently. Please check for availability during your purchase process.
Will Gustobee.com inform its customers on successful transactions for payments made via Credit Cards and Debit Cards?
Yes. Gustobee sends out a confirmation mail with your order number once your order is authorized by the payment gateway. Alternatively, you may also log on to your account and check the status.
What should I do, if my payment is not successful?
You may call us on 080-41124819 or email our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of the order. We will be more than happy to guide you on all matters that will be in question.
Are shipping charges extra?
At Gustobee.com, All orders greater than Rs.499, the shipping would be free. For order less than Rs.499, we would be charging a nominal shipping fee of Rs.50/-. We deliver to anywhere within India
What are your shipping modes?
Gustobee has partnered with Courier companies of repute. We use safe and secure shipping services offered by our service providers which can be tracked from the time it is shipped till reaches the destination. For those addresses and pin codes that are not serviced by Couriers, we use the India Post services.
Are there any hidden charges for the orders placed on Gustobee?
Gustobee believes in transparency and our customers can be rest assured that there are NO hidden charges for any of the books and products sold on Gustobee.
ORDER, SHIPPING & DELIVERY
After how much time/days Gustobee starts processing my order?
At Gustobee, we process the order immediately after you place the order. It is our imperative to try and expedite shipping and ensure faster delivery to stick to our promised delivery timeline. If for any unforeseen circumstances that leads to deviations to the time line, we ensure we intimate you by dropping a line on your registered e-mail address.
How can I know the status of my order?
You can log on to “my account” page and view the item wise status. You can also contact to our customer care for details over phone or write to us directly to check the status.
What are your delivery time lines?
We indicate the committed delivery time line in the product display page as well as on the checkout page. We strive hard to achieve the committed timeline to make our customers happy.
Dispatch Schedules and Timelines:
1-2 working days: Books that are in stock in our warehouse.
3-5 working days: Books that are in stock with our local distributors
7-9 working days: Procurement from Publisher Warehouse (Domestic, India)
14-21 working days: Procurement of Imported Editions (International, USA/UK)
Pre-order items are future releases. We pre-book your order in order to service you first as soon as we get the stocks. These orders are processed at our end on the same day of receipt of stock from our vendors. Once shipped out, you will receive the dispatch information on your registered email address from our customer support.
P.S. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Govt Declared Holidays.
Only part of my order from my complete order was received. What happened to the rest of the item?
All orders will be processed and delivered as per the delivery schedules mentioned on the product display page.
How can I track the status of the shipped items?
As soon as your order is processed and shipped out, you will receive automated dispatch notification e-mail to your registered e-mail address from Gustobee.com. Our customer service is always available when approached to help the customers get the details on the status.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
If you decide to cancel after your product has been shipped out by us but has not yet been delivered to you, Please inform our Customer support (email@example.com) immediately by referring the order-ID that you would have received after placing the order. We will try pulling back the consignment. In the meanwhile in case you receive the package, you could refuse the shipment stating cancelled order. In both scenarios, once we receive the package back, we will refund the entire amount.
If your order has been delivered and you decide that you no longer need them, you are eligible for 10 days return guarantee post delivery subject to the following conditions;
The Package should be returned in new and unopened condition.
If the book/s are found damaged/defective.
Different from the one that you have ordered.
Please inform our customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org) by referring the order-ID that you would have received after placing the order. We will initiate a pick up from your place through our shipping partner. Once the package is returned back to us and on satisfactory condition of book/s, we will initiate refund process and refund the complete amount.

How do you define imported edition?
On the product page, the books that mentions "Imported Edition" means that these books are published outside of India and are sold in India by publishers who hold the license to sell. These products are priced in international currencies and are sold in India after converting the currencies in Indian Rupees. The Rate conversions are carried out as per the norms set by THE FEDERATION OF INDIAN PUBLISHERS. The prices sometimes are inclusive of procurement fees for those books which do not have publisher representation in India meaning that we procure it from the source.
Do Gustobee.com service outside India?
No. Gustobee.com delivers to all addresses across India only. You are free to order from any part of the world with Indian delivery address.
