RETURNS & CANCELLATION

For outright and immediate cancellation that is, if you decide to cancel before your product has been shipped, inform our Customer support (support@gustobee.com) by referring the order-ID that you would have received after placing the order. We will cancel your order and initiate the refund process. The amount will reflect in your account in about 2-5 business days depending on the payment method chosen while placing the order.

If you decide to cancel after your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, please inform our Customer support (support@gustobee.com) by referring the order-ID that you would have received after placing the order. We will communicate with our shipping partners to hold back the consignment and arrange for return. In the event the shipment reaches you, while we are in the process of communicating with our shipping partner, we request you to refuse the shipment stating, you have cancelled order.

Please note that the refund process would be initiated after we receive the consignment back. The amount will reflect in your account in about 2-5 business days depending on the payment method chosen while placing the order.

If your order has been delivered and you wish to return, you are eligible for 10 days return policy from the date of delivery subject any of the following conditions;

• If the book/s are found damaged/defective.

• Different from the one that you have ordered.

• Accidental order

For all the above scenarios, Please inform our customer support (support@gustobee.com) by referring the order-ID that you would have received after placing the order. We will initiate a pick up from your place through our shipping partner. We would be sending across a return waybill which needs to be handed over to the courier person. This is mandatory, otherwise we would deduct Rs.50/- as shipping charges from your refund amount. Please note that the item should only be packed in its original packaging along with the invoice.

Return Pick-up option is not available for deliveries made through India Post. You can return the package using any courier/ postal service of your choice. The return shipping cost of upto Rs.100/- will be refunded.

Note:

1. If you return shipping charges exceeds Rs.100 for returning large and heavy items, Please contact our customer support (support@gustobee.com) for prior approval and a confirmation mail for the additional amount. In the event that you have not received any approval, the shipping charges will be limited upto Rs.100/- only.

2. For refund of such additional charges, proof of payment, like a courier receipt needs to be submitted.

 

Once the package is returned back to us and on satisfactory condition of book/s, we will initiate refund process and refund the complete amount.

The general time lines for the amount to reflect in your account is as follows

• For orders placed through cash on delivery, refunds would be done only through bank transfer. Please share your account information to support@gustobee.com as detailed below

Once the bank details are submitted to us, and the refund process initiated,we will not be able to change or reverse the refunded amount. The amount will be transferred in 3-5 business days.
